Special guest Dapple (@dapplebaby) and Danielle from Healthy Child, Healthy World (@Healthy_Child).

Dapple is one of America’s few “conscious” companies who take a stand for ethical business practices and care for their customers. Founded by 2 mothers whose main desire is to have healthy families. That includes your family and your baby’s well being. It’s Dapple’s commitment to throw profits to the wind for the sake of quality and honesty. This commitment has made them an unpredictable leader in their industry.

Their product line is“baby specific”. That means their green chemists worked hard and long hours to produce the cleaners that target specific stains babies make AND products that are chemically safe for your babies to touch, be touched by and of course be licked. Toy wipes, dish soap, laundry detergent, and dish washer detergent. All of Dapple’s products are safe for your baby and safe for the environment.

We are very excited to have Danielle Friedland as our special guest tonight. Danielle (@that_danielle) is the social media and community relations manager at Healthy Child Healthy World, a national nonprofit that is igniting a movement that inspires parents to protect young children from harmful chemicals.
Protect your children from harmful chemicals starting tonight! During our twitter party tonight, one lucky winner will receive a Dapple Clean-Up Kit.

Danielle works to increase awareness and expand the movement to create healthier environments by utilizing social media channels like Twitter (@healthy_child), Facebook, YouTube and Flickr. They host weekly chats on Twitter every Thursday from 9-10 pm EST. She also manages the Healthy Child Healthy World Parent Ambassadors that both help guide the organization and broadcast the message. Danielle is the creator of Celebrity Baby Blog, a blog devoted to celebrity pregnancies and celebrity babies, which was purchased by People.com in 2008. She’s also the mom to Anya, 5, and Asher, 1.

  9. I visited the Health Child website and took a look around. I checked out the 5 Easy Steps and was surprised to learn that indoor air is sometimes more polluted than outdoor air! One of the simple things you can do is to have houseplants!

Are Your “Organic” Eggs All They’re Cracked Up To Be? was VERY interesting. It’s scary to think that Organic eggs aren’t what they seem to be.
